Alpine Chicken
Good Thanksgiving dish - have had at Grodacks
Ingredients
- 1 can dicked chicken
- 3 cups of Pepperidge farm stuffing
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup diced celery
- 2 teaspoons McKay’s chicken seasoning
- 8 ozs of Swiss cheese (shredded)
- Sliced almonds (1/2 cup) – optional
Preparation
Mix together
Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes
